How to exercise on the machine?

Use: Warm-up your joints and muscles for five minutes.Sit on the seat, grab the handles, and lean your back against the backrest. Grasp the handles and lean forward. Use the strength of the abdominal muscle to lift up and down.

Routine: Repeat the movement five times and then take a break for 3 minutes. You can make a maximum of five consecutive groups depending on the user´s current health. If you feel any pain, stop training immediately.
